Boxing Development / Technique Bags Class: Warm up with boxing drills, foot work and shadow boxing before moving into timed rounds. Rotate through specialty bags designed to help improve technique, accuracy, timing, speed and power. Jump in the ring to hit the focus mitts for up to three or four rounds, one-on-one with a coach.This is an ALL AGES CLASS (8+) for anyone looking to get better at boxing/kickboxing whether its self defense, combat or fitness.
YOUTH BOXING SKILLS & SPARRING
Youth boxing fundamentals class!
Designed to help build the foundation of boxing. Calisthenics warm, daily technique practice and partner boxing drills. Classes finish with light sparring. Two coaches in class, so no kids are left behind. (Ages 8-15)
