Improve athletic performance through resistance training, aerobic conditioning and cardiovascular endurance. We utilize a wide variety of methods including: Functional Fitness, Circuit Training, HIIT, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting and more!Classes are scalable for all levels (AGES 14+)

-cardio boxing & kickboxing-

Cardio Boxing/Kickboxing Class: Instructor paced, hard hitting drills mixed with fast combinations. Learn to strike, have fun, burn calories! (Ages 14+)

ADULT sparring

Full contact Boxing and Kickboxing sparring class. Learning environment. Train for self defense or compete in combat sport. Certified USA Boxing coaches. (Ages 14+)

YOUTH BOXING SKILLS & SPARRING

Youth boxing fundamentals class! Designed to help build the foundation of boxing. Calisthenics warm, daily technique practice and partner boxing drills. Classes finish with light sparring. Two coaches in class, so no kids are left behind. (Ages 6-13)
